MOBEXA offers a 7-Day Replacement Policy on all mobile accessories sold through our platform.

 

 Overview

At MOBEXA, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will replace it — no questions asked — within 7 days of delivery. We are committed to delivering the best mobile accessories experience to every customer across India.

Replacement Eligibility

You are eligible for a replacement if:

•      The product is reported within 7 days of the delivery date.

•      The product is defective, damaged, or not functioning as described.

•      You received a wrong product that differs from what you ordered.

•      The product arrived with missing parts or accessories included in the listing.

•      The product has a manufacturing defect confirmed upon inspection.

•     Your replacement will be sent with your next order.

 

 Non-Eligibility Conditions

Replacement requests will NOT be accepted if:

•      The request is raised after 7 days from the date of delivery.

•      The product has been physically damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or improper handling by the customer.

•      The product has been tampered with, modified, or repaired by an unauthorized party.

•      Original packaging, tags, and accessories are missing at the time of return pickup.

•      The product does not have a manufacturing defect and is functioning as described.

•      Products purchased during clearance sales or marked as 'non-returnable' on the product page.

 

 How to Raise a Replacement Request

To initiate a replacement, follow these steps:

•      Step 1: Email us at mobexa3@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

•      Step 2: Mention your Order ID, registered mobile number, and a brief description of the issue.

•      Step 3: Attach clear photographs or a short video showing the defect or damage.

•      Step 4: Our support team will review your request within 24–48 business hours.

•      Step 5: Upon approval, a reverse pickup will be scheduled at no extra cost to you.

•      Step 6: Replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

 

Refund Policy

MOBEXA primarily offers replacements over refunds. However, a refund will be considered in the following cases:

•      If the requested replacement product is out of stock and no alternative is available.

•      If the replacement item fails quality inspection upon re-delivery.

•      If MOBEXA, at its sole discretion, determines a refund is the appropriate resolution.

 

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI) within 7–10 business days.

 

Return Pickup

MOBEXA will arrange a free reverse pickup from your delivery address for all approved return/replacement requests. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your pin code, you may be requested to self-ship the product. In such cases, we will reimburse courier charges up to ₹100 upon submission of a valid courier receipt.
