Shipping Policy

MOBEXA ships all across India. We aim to deliver your order fast, safely, and reliably.

 Order Processing Time

•      Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of order confirmation and successful payment.

•      Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.

•      You will receive an email and SMS confirmation with your order details and tracking information once your order is dispatched.

 

 Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location:

•      Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): 2–4 Business Days

•      Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–6 Business Days

•      Remote Areas & North-East India: 6–10 Business Days

 

Note: These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to logistics partner delays, local holidays, weather disruptions, or other unforeseen factors.

 

 Shipping Charges 

•      Shipping Dipends On Parcel Weight, Minimum Delivery Fee Rs. 200/-

 

•      Express Delivery: Where available, express delivery options may be offered at an additional charge displayed at checkout.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can track your shipment directly on our website or through the logistics partner's tracking portal.

 

Delivery Attempts

•      Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times at the provided address.

•      If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, re-delivery may incur additional shipping charges.

•      Please ensure the delivery address and contact number provided at checkout are accurate and reachable.

 

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges. In case of a refund request for such orders, original shipping charges will be deducted.

 

Damaged in Transit

If your package appears to be damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please do not accept it. Report the issue immediately to our support team at mobexa3@gmail.com or call 9518912340 with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
