Product Information

•      All product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change without prior notice.

•      We make every effort to display product colors and designs accurately; however, actual colors may vary slightly due to device screen settings.

•      MOBEXA reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product listings at any time.

 

 Pricing & Payment

•      All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

•      MOBEXA reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect confirmed orders.

•      We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, EMI, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes.

•      In case of a payment failure after order confirmation, our team will contact you within 24 hours to resolve the issue.

 

Order Cancellation

•      Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order is marked as 'Shipped', cancellation is not possible.

•      To cancel an order, email mobexa3@gmail.com or call 9518912340 with your Order ID.

•      MOBEXA reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

 

Intellectual Property

All content on the MOBEXA website, including logos, brand name, product images, text, and design, is the exclusive intellectual property of MOBEXA. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

 

 Limitation of Liability

MOBEXA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or device damage caused by improper use of accessories. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

 Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
